I'm pretty sure the tech industry is building exactly what Customers want. We're just mistaken when we think Users are Customers. Investors are Customers, not Users. Users are just components in a system created to tell a story to Investors. That story might be true, might be false, but doesn't matter as long as we tell it by end of quarter. Fast and wrong beats slow and right for this Customer base.
